I’ve been getting deep tissue massages from Shirley since 2021! She’s amazing and has worked wonders on my back. She’s great! I followed her from studio yo studio so I’m so glad she opened her own! She’s super flexible with timing! You’ll definitely feel safe and relaxed. She includes warm towels and essential oils at no charge during your session. She also is great at getting neck and shoulder knots out. Mountain massage also recently started taking HSA!

I have muscle tightness and chronic pain from stress and genetics, and Shirley’s massages helped with my mobility and general comfort. For me, 90-120 minute deep tissue plus cupping is my preferred massage session but she adapts to your needs and can help you figure out which type of massage is best for you.
