Clean, professional, friendly and quality work are all things that describe this salon. The spa pedicure is my favorite and is far superior to any I have had at a day spa. The staff are so kind, gentle amd thorough. I recommend them very highly. I cannot remember everyone’s names but Sue, Nathaly and all of the fine people her are wonderful.

WORST EXPERIENCE!! The owner Hannah is BEYOND rude! I have never been treated so bad at any other salon as she was to me. She literally kept walking around yelling at me and others about up charges and how our technicians were taking too long. So nasty that I left with my nails only soaked off after an hour and skipped out on a new manicure! I payed double going to another salon then continue to sit and hear her being nasty, totally unacceptable!

Terrible business. Do not waste your time coming here , the owner does not care of the customer service just the volume of jobs done . I had an appointment booked to get my nails done with a picture of the style I was looking for. The nail stylist was accommodating in doing what I wished however before she could finished the owner rudely interrupted her stating “ this is taking to much time we can’t do this” . I was forced to do a solid color and not the French look I was expecting. Not only did I not get what I asked for but then I was charged $100 for a job that should have been $80. Again I cannot believe how unprofessional this “ business “ is , they only care about pumping in and out as many people as they can for money. The job actually being done is of no concern to them. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy mother had a HORRIBLE and UNFORTUNATE experience and was being DISCRIMINATED against at this salon!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!! She was trying to get her nails repaired and had an appointment and the owner and spouse ended up shouting at her to get out of their salon. The owner put hands on her to show her out and told her that no one liked her here and to never come back. The owners also continued their shouting in the parking lot. She just wanted her nails repaired properly and asked for all her nails to be cut down the same shape and this is how they treated her. She was trying to get her nails repaired and had an appointment and the owner and spouse ended up shouting at her to get out of their salon. The owner put hands on her to show her out and told her that no one liked her here and to never come back. The owners also continued their shouting in the parking lot. First time as a walk in. The place was spacious and immaculateThe staff was delightful! I was pressed for time so I just got a pedicure. It was one of the best I’ve had and I’ve had many. The young lady who worked on me was extremely skilled and pleasant. Will definitely return!!!!

I had made an appointment with my niece and showed up early – they asked me what I need and before listening she decided it would take too long and she would lose other customers. She got up and walked away without even listening after I was already sitting down. My feet weren’t done properly skin was left on the back of my heels it wasn’t scraped or smooth and they charged me 30 for a pedicure I will NEVER go to that nail place again and I live right up the block from the nail salon
