I have seen Charity for about 6 full-leg and bikini area laser hair removal treatments, and 1 microneedling treatment. I am always greeted kindly and have only waited once before a scheduled procedure (maybe 5 minutes). This is the second place I have received laser hair removal, and Mountain Island Skin Care is about half to 3/4 the price of the prior. I have fair skin, and dark, thick hair, so laser hair removal is not always the most comfortable, but Charity has always been professional and has made me feel as comfortable as possible. Having to shave only a handful of times a year is well worth the laser hair removal treatments.

This place needs to be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!!! I will be contacting the right ones to make sure that happens!!! I am an African American woman and I came in for one of the worst Laser Hair Removal Services! The whole bottom of my face was burned after Charity did a laser hair removal procedure on my face! I do believe they show discrimination just by some of her responses like how those machines where not always for African Americans like DUH we live on stolen land so of course the ones that stole the land will have access to everything before us even if a lot of things were created and invented by African American Women and Men! Back to the topic my face is still sensitive after 6 months from what she done and I may plan A LAWSUIT! For the African Americans do not go here they are very unprofessional, show discrimination and they are not trained properly to do those type of services! African Americans Go To Urban Skin And Solutions!!!!!! You will never experience this kind of treatment and service there! I don’t know what made me decide to try something new but never again! This business needs to be shut down!!! Immediately!!!! Charity seems to be struggling with her weight and needs to look into the weight loss program at Urban Skin and Solutions they have great programs!
