Positive: QualityMountain Air Salon in Monument is a cute, quaint establishment that I had the pleasure of visiting just recently. The salon came recommended so I booked with Katie and was very pleased with the outcome. She listened to what I asked for and my highlights came out beautiful. Mountain Air Salon in Monument is a cute, quaint establishment that I had the pleasure of visiting just recently. The salon came recommended so I booked with Katie and was very pleased with the outcome. She listened to what I asked for and my highlights came out beautiful. Additionally, she gives the best scalp massages. I’d highly recommend this salon, and Katie. You won’t be disappointed.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy little sister was in yesterday for a hair color and eyebrow wax. Michelle was her hair dresser. She ripped up skin on her eyebrow, which she has never had happen in the 5 years she has been getting her brows waxed. She also had a few highlights near the face that were not blended and looked straight out of the 90s. My little sister showed her a few pictures of what she wanted, which was just her hair to be lifted 2 levels and toned. She heard Michelle in the back talking about her to a coworker saying that my sister doesn’t know what she wanted and knows nothing about hair. She said what she wanted was impossible and she was just going to throw in some highlights to make her feel good. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueExcellent local hair salon/barber shop. Came down from Denver for a haircut due to closures from COVID-19. Cher was professional, efficient and friendly. A bit more expensive than a barbershop but well worth the money. Very happy with the results and will be back for another haircut if i’m in the area!
