I am so glad that I let my girlfriend talk me into coming here. I have worked with many of the coaches and most sessions have been great. They all have very different personalities and methods. They follow The same basic protocol (you move in certain ways and activate certain muscles while they massage you) but everyone seems to have their own certain style. Most of them come from medical/physical therapy/massage professional backgrounds. I noticed when I see someone new that they mention things that the previous coach and I spoke about so I know they keep notes on clients and the new coach always reads them. The room where you get your treatment is open with several physical therapy clinic type tables so there isn’t a lot of privacy like when you are getting

I’ve been going to Motion Stretch on a regular basis for a year now. All staff are extremely professional and make you feel very comfortable during the stretch session. They have alleviated a chronic pain issue that I had not been able to do by stretching and treating on my own.

Very attentive to what’s going on with my body and he adjusts his care accordingly. I have fibromyalgia and even with medication, I still have pain in my hips. I went to motion stretch to help me work on this pain and possibly getting off medication as we work out my pain issues. They were fabulous. They listened and knew exactly how to help me. I only had one area stretch, but I immediately could tell a difference when I got up and walked around. The pain in my hips was so much better. I was so impressed, I signed up to receive service four times a month at what this middle income lady felt was a reasonable price. I highly recommend Motion Stretch to anyone who has pain and wants to get it under control.

I enjoyed the sessions when it was in business but then I tried to contact them to cancel and everything was disconnected and the building up for lease. Now I see that it turned into a different company out of state that still has my information in their app! Not cool, remove my info and cancel my membership already!
