I’ll admit I walked into cupping very skeptical, but I was an instant convert. Regular massages don’t compare to Renee’s cupping/massage combo. She is absolutely the best. If you are a runner, or play sports, you’ll be surprised how much range of motion you may be missing if you have chronic knots! I chronically had tight back muscles or hamstring issues and she was able to relieve knots that I had just grown used to for years. I highly recommend Renee! 🙂
