Very thankful for meeting Marissa and Ross years ago! They are two of the most innovative, professional, trendy, and overall just kind people and Stylists I have met! Moss is an extremely comfortable Salon, and they have formed an equally as impressive team working with them! All of their staff I have come in contact with have been phenomenal and Five Star! The first time I went, Ross spent extra time really going over what he was doing and why and even spent time showing me how to style my newly very short hair. I have also gone to Lane who is just as amazing. The entire team is always so nice! Definitely the beat salon in Columbus.

Ross canceled on doing my wedding day hair 3 months after booking it, leaving me little time to find a new stylist I can trust to do my hair on this special day. He took 3-4 weeks to respond to my requests to discuss the wedding day hair details. It doesn’t matter how good you are at hair if you are unprofessional and unreliable. I had a couple of great experiences here but also had an instance where he cut off 3 inches when I requested 1, and another experience when I asked for ashy blond tones and got very yellow warm tones (Marissa did a great job fixing this). There are plenty of other stylists out there who can be all of those things! Go find yourself one of them.

Marissa has been cutting my hair for years and does an amazing job. I was really nervous to do color but she introduced me to balayage and they way she does it looks so natural. I’ve done various shades of blond and also hot pink, coral pink and bright purple (all at different times.) The atmosphere at Moss is relaxing and hip. Get your hair done here.

These people are crazy-talented. There’s a reason why you need to book ahead! Do your self a favor and call and make an appointment. You won’t regret it. They can legit make your hair dreams come true. Marissa has been doing my hair for 9ish years and I can’t imagine going to anyone else. Love this place.

Kate is amazing! I came to Moss over a year ago with an over processed failed experiment at going blonde. She was so kind while being honest about the steps and time it would take to get me to a place where my hair didn’t make me want to cry. We chopped it off and while that did indeed make me cry it was the right way to get to where I am now. A place where i feel confident again. Everyone there is awesome and genuine.
