I can’t say enough wonderful things about Moss and Black. It truly is an amazing salon and spa! All of the services offered make it a one stop shop for all your beauty needs and desires. The staff is beyond amazing, taking time to get to know you and make you feel at home. This salon is stunning, I was just offered a mimosa with raspberry sorbet… full snack and coffee bar, themed treats, facials, pedicures, eyelashes, extensions and my fav deep treatments with hot towels.This is the place to come to feel empowered and beautiful!!! Such a wonderful salon, I’m glad to have found Moss & Black! When I moved to CLT I was concerned about finding a stylist I’d like, as I’d grown attached to my stylist in Greenville. However, Danielle made the transition easy! She did an excellent balayage color, cut, and blowout. The salon is beautiful, even the foils are on-brand! Everyone seems genuinely happy to be there. And, a week after my visit, they called to make sure I was happy with the services.

I had a great experience with Erin! I used her once before at another salon and found out she left. I am so happy I was able to find out where she moved and schedule a service with her again! I went 8 months without any color service between my two appointments with her and my hair still looked great! I just needed a refresh and Erin did a phenomenal job! She is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain products and listen to what I wanted. She is a true professional. The salon is very clean and inviting. They offer drinks and snacks which was very nice. I will definitely be returning!

I have loved every experience at Moss & Black. First, it’s a beautiful salon with all the little details to make for a comfortable visit. I’ve seen 3 different stylist and each one is perfect in their own way. Jennifer is my go to gal for color. She is a master! I’ve also used serviced by Alona for facials, lashes and tinting. She is wonderful and does an excellent job. Pricing is moderate to high but you get what you pay for and I always feel that my money here is well spent.

I got my hair done for my wedding by a different salon and 3 hours later, it basically looked the exact same. I reached out to Jennifer 2 days before my wedding and she was able to fit me in the next day with Stephanie who did an amazing job! Jennifer frequently came to check in on me and my hair was perfect for my wedding day! Outside of the hair service I received, the place was beautiful, and the beverages were delicious! They definitely make sure you are cared for outside of hair service. Highly recommend! (Using my husbands email to write this review lol)
