Such as , customer service and clients appreciation. We are open six days a week. The owner (myself) Edna when to school for Hairdressing Cosmetology and Barbering and graduated with her state license in 2008. Prior to her high school years she use to practice at home. We are looking at 15 years of skills and knowledge. The love she has for nails, facials, pedicures, and much more is unbelievable. The outcome of every smile on every customer is priceless!! First time in my life I ever got nail fungus from a salon. I got a new set here recently and last week I got a fill. I didn’t like how my nails came out so I went somewhere else today and when they took the acrylic nails off one of my nails had fungus. The nail technician said this sometimes happens when tools aren’t sanitized properly. They couldn’t even put a new set on because of how damaged my nails are and I have to wait to grow the nail out, keep it dry, I might have to get topical medication to treat the nail. I gave two stars because I really like the owner but my nails are trash now.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityVery unprofessional and rude owner. I booked an appointment on 8/2/21 and in advance and the owner responds to me 8/5 to confirm and has the nerve toTell me the day of appointment 8/6 that her nail tech had an emergency and 1person wouldBe doing the services for 2people meaning i would be there about 4.5 hrs. I tried to work with her and ask if she had anything earilier and she said no. She then trys to charge me a no show fee after she tells me its ok to cancel if i dont want to sit there all day. Very poor customer service!!! Wont be going back nor recommending this place! There are other salons who have professionalism and are on time.Will Not be giving this place another chance. Im sorry that you were understaffed and still are..no need to take it out on your clients! What a joke!! Good luck to your business and clearly you can see the overal opinion about the place coming from your response. Covid cases are rising and its rude to tell someone to wait 2hrs for there scheduled appointment in the salon while people are entering & leaving. Excellent!! Great attention to detail!! Got my nails done last night and these ladies know what they’re doing! I felt so comfortable here. My nails were done perfectly the way I wanted them. I highly recommend Mosa’s to everyone!! My friends and I with be coming here from now on!!

I had so much fun today at Mosas Nail Salon, my friend Donna has been talking about Mosa for a long time, when ever she told me she was opening up a salon in Plainville I knew I had to try it. My friend Robin and I went this morning and we both loved it. The salon is very clean and beautiful, my pedicure came out perfect and my shellac pedicure is also came out perfect, she makes her own organic scrubs that smell good and leave your hands and feet so smooth. Mosa talks and laughs with you the whole time. I will be continuing to go to Mosa’s salon every 2 weeks!!

I’m really confused by these reviews. I was not impressed. First of all, the girl who did my pedicure, which may I ad took an hour and a half (for reference it should take about that time to get BOTH a manicure and pedicure done) filed the back of my heels so hard they are red and literally burning right now. The paint is streaky and uneven. The owner was talking on her cellphone on speaker phone half the time I was there, and openly cursing. Dropping f-bombs left and right. I was the only one there and now I see why. So unprofessional. I certainly won’t return or reccomend anyone that’s for sure.
