The client service is exceptional. Scheduling appointments is very easy. Lori the admin makes you feel special over the phone as you book the appointments and when you come in – she addresses you with a cheerful, warm personal greeting by name each time you interact with her.

Cheri loves her job and it shows! I went here because I got a gift card from my sister. From the moment I walked in, I was acknowledged kindly by Lori. She checked me right in and I was excited to meet Cheri who was going to do my massage. Her hands are gold. She was not too hard or too soft. It was perfect. She knew where to apply pressure and where not to. I felt amazing afterwards. I will surely return here. Do yourself a favor and get a massage here, anti stress preferably and ask for Cheri to do it. Thank me later. Lori checked me out again and was extremely friendly and personable letting me know of all their wonderful services. Thank you to both of them. I can’t wait to return!! The place is very clean and well kept. Very relaxing!! 😀 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I greatly enjoyed my FIRST EVER, pedicure. I must admit, I was very nervous and awkward, but Francesca made things feel relax and inviting as it was intended to be. The pedicure although my first was relaxing and inviting. She was very attentive and her service punctuate and highlight this occasion for me. I would highly recommend her if you need a pedicure. I came here with my wife who has raved on and on about Mosaic and her experiences in coming her since she first discovered last year. I think we have found a home for our self-care/spa needs. Planned a bachelorette party there. The staff was super helpful in working with me to pick out services. When we showed up we were blown away. Very peaceful. All of the technicians were kind and great at the services they provided. We opted for facials, which everyone was astonished with. We also hand manicures and pedicures and got the bedazzle polish which was absolutely worth it considering the wedding was a few extra days away. The Swedish massages were so very relaxing. Two words: heated tables! This event was above and beyond what I had even imagined. I highly recommend them for anything from a simple service to a larger event. Will be back!
