Amanda is truly the smartest, most customer-focused stylist I’ve ever had. She had so much knowledge and gave me a ton of good advice on how to deal with my shedding hair problem. She took all the precautions necessary during this pandemic and was a pleasure to work with. I went to this salon for the first time yesterday and I’m already a big fan. Amanda is truly the smartest, most customer-focused stylist I’ve ever had. She had so much knowledge and gave me a ton of good advice on how to deal with my shedding hair problem. She took all the precautions necessary during this pandemic and was a pleasure to work with. Lovely environment, very relaxing Christine( I really home I got her name right) was great, took her time and made us feel special. We know they were busy and had a big wedding party coming in after us but they made sure we didn’t feel rushed at all!

We are traveling for the summer so I went to Mosaic Salon to get my hair cut. I’ve spent 6 months growing out my hair toward a short bob, but it was getting to an awkward length and needed to be trimmed and shaped. Amanda spent a long time razor cutting my hair, and when she was done the shape was nice, but she’d taken off WAY more hair than I asked for or wanted. My hair is now shorter than when I started 6 months ago, and despite my saying several times I like volume in my hair she thinned out all the volume. It’s not a bad haircut, but it’s too short and not even remotely what I asked for. I’m very disappointed with my short, flat hair, and having to start all over again on growing it out.
