I went here for the first time today and I had the ABSOLUTE BEST EXPERIENCE!!!!! Everyone was so nice and accommodating and was there if I needed anything. I was there from 9am until about 4pm and got a lot of work done on my hair. I completely changed my hair color but it came out absolutely stunning!!!! I was worried that so much done on my hair would damage it but the hair stylist, the absolutely amazing Claire, took such good care of my hair. I almost cried because I am so happy with the results!!! It came out beautifully and I will definitely be back!!!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI waited a while to write this review because typically I try to steer away from negative reviews that can impact a business unless truly necessary but this one is necessary, for me. I went to Mosaic 2 months before my WEDDING day to get a trim. I was a loyal customer for about 3 years and saw various stylist all which I had good experiences with EXCEPT for the owner, Michael. It was my first time doing my hair with him and I entrusted that it would be perfect being that he’s the owner and a “Master Stylist”. What I got was nothing short of a shoddy job. I have never received a more botched haircut in my life. I didn’t ask for layers and he took it upon himself to give me the most unblended and choppy layers of my life and uneven short side bangs. I asked for a trim and reminded him multiple times to not cut much because I wanted my hair to be as long as possible for my wedding and he cut off way more than I asked. I don’t have to describe much because I have added a before and after picture(s) of my hair for you to see for yourself. What REALLY put the cherry on top for me was when I went back into the salon asking what could be done to correct the cut about a month later because it wasn’t looking any better and I was feeling emotional about what to do with it now for my wedding – Michael DENIED having cut my hair. He literally told me to my face that “he wouldn’t have cut my hair like that:” I asked “what can we do to make it look like how it was before?” and he answered, “time”. I felt my face getting hot as I held back tears in his chair. He was cold, insincere, had a bad attitude and was unprofessional. YES he did cut my hair and the fact that he denied it, confirmed that it was that bad of a job. I had to pay for extensions before my wedding day. Needless to say, my hair has now mostly grown out and I’ve found my new hair salon home where the owner and stylists have been extremely warm, friendly, professional, trusting, talented and accountable for their work. I do not recommend this place.Services: Haircut, Hairstyling, Hair coloringI waited a while to write this review because typically I try to steer away from negative reviews that can impact a business unless truly necessary but this one is necessary, for me. The staff here was very nice in my experience. They asked if you would like anything to drink upon walking in and a comfy seat. They make sure you have been taken care of. I saw Linda Rojas and she was very nice and made sure if i was okay with certain things with my hair. She truly acts like she cares about clients. Also, they do not try to trick you into getting more services which I’ve seen at other salons. I love that. Will definitely be back.

I just wanted to say how pleased I am with my massage by Danielle, she is absolutely fabulous! Her first concern is your comfort and making sure you are getting the best experience. She made sure she understood my needs and boy did she deliver! The pressure, the warmth of the table, the oils, and communication were perfect. Her technique is clearly based on years of knowledge and experience. The whole thing was just so relaxing and I wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you so much Danielle!

I love Mosaic so much, from the very first visit I felt super welcome there and surrounded by friendly people. Receptionists are always helpful and sweet, and my stylist Taylor always does a wonderful job. She’s always considerate of working with my budget and helping to make my hair beautiful! I don’t know if I would ever consider a different salon. Prices are also very reasonable for the time and skills for the service.

I hardly ever write reviews, but I cannot even begin to tell you how exceptional this hair salon is. When I first moved to Orlando, this was the first hair salon I went to because they have the convenience of being open on Sundays. Not only were they the first hair salon, but they are the ONLY hair salon I go to in Orlando. For reference, my hair is naturally dark brown, but every time I go to the salon I request blonde highlights. During my last visit the owner, Mike, went above and beyond to reach out to me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I was picky about what I wanted, and requested a few of the highlighted pieces be changed and there was no hesitation whatsoever. He was so welcoming and understanding to my needs. His empathy and kindness has gone an incredibly long way in my eyes, and it has completely impacted my experience in such a positive light. I will forever love Mosaic Hair Studio in Orlando, FL! Best salon in Orlando.

I can’t say enough nice things about this business and the people that work there. I will start off by saying I originally reached the night of 1/16/23 with no expectations only because I had never used this Salon before ever. The next day I received an email back from Josh who OMG was the most pleasant person over email to talk with, After a few emails I finally called…along long start short I made an appointment for a work event hair updo with Claire for 2 days later. Such short notice FYI!!

I came to Mosaic to see Julie for essentially a color correction after a freak hair disaster in another state. Julie is super knowledgeable and I appreciate that her first focus is hair health. She went above and beyond for me, and I am so grateful. She gave my hair life again. I 1000% recommend Mosaic & Julie. If we didn’t recently move out of state – I’d definitely be going back!

If you’re looking for a hair journey studio THIS IS IT. Whether it’s blow dry, color, cut, treatments or extensions etc. coming from Miami I’ve been here for a year and wouldn’t go anywhere else in Orlando. The pricing is extremely fair for their quality of work. In other words You are getting what you’re paying for. If you’re looking for a bargain go to super cuts. Joshua and chance front desk are extremely organized and efficient. Linda along with other stylists are transparent and dedicated to your expectations.

I had my hair colored at mosaic last week & while the color did turn out nice, my experience was a 1/10. Before booking the appointment, the secretary told me they would dry my hair (i didn’t need a blowout) & so I scheduled a color and tone only. When I arrived for my appointment I asked the stylist to look at my dead ends & asked if I needed It cut to which she replied “you didn’t schedule a cut so I don’t have time” and “also you’re leaving wet today because you didn’t schedule a blowout”. I have never been to a salon that refused to cut & dry my hair simply because it wasn’t scheduled. This is extremely unprofessional. At the least, find someone else in the salon who has the time—don’t tell a client you don’t have time. I explained I had errands to run, I couldn’t leave with wet hair..luckily the wonderful assistant did dry it for me. After putting the color on my hair & letting it set for awhile, the assistant took over from there (washing, blow drying). The stylist did ask how I liked the color or if I wanted to make any changes. This was a very frustrating and discouraging experience for me & having to rush to find another salon to cut my hair immediately after my appointment was inconvenient. I never write reviews but this absolutely blew me
