Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMo & all the rest are back up and running so please pay them a visit soon! I know they would love to see all of the regulars as well as new customers walk through their doors! My barber Ben was there today in great sprites so that was great to see. I had to call ahead to schedule the appointment but when I arrived he was ready for me which was awesome! Please support this shop. I love it & I’m sure you will as well if you haven’t already tried them. For those of you who have; well I suppose you already know! The barbershop looks on the cheap side of barbershops. However, it is a friendly place and people there are very nice. I recommend that if you like one of the barbers to get his phone and contact him before coming to get the best time he can be available so you don’t have to wait. Avoid the weekends since it gets very crowded

I came for a confirmed appointment on March 7 at Noon. I arrived 15 mins early, the door was locked and I called no answer which is understandable as my appointment wasn’t until noon. I called multiple times between then and 12:15 when I decided to leave. Really disappointed that I wasted my time driving all the here. I heard many good reviews and was so excited to get my sons’ hair cut.

THE MOST AWFUL HAIRCUTS IN ALL OF WALTHAM. I never in my life have witness such bad haircuts until i walked into that store. The barber are awful and don’t know the meaning to customer care. The male who cut my little brothers head was on the phone the entire time and was never fully engaged. I don’t care if the hair cut 12-14 or 30 dollars we are the ones putting money in your pocket and if you are going to let a young gentleman walk our you chair like that you obviously need to find a new profession! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE EVEN IF ITS YOUR LAST RESORT. WORST HAIRCUTS IN WALTHAM
