Critical: QualityThese are by far the worst nails I have ever gotten done. Every single one of my cuticles are cut. There is acrylic over my nail, onto the skin. The shapes and lengths are different. Just went here, to try a new place. Unfortunately, I was highly disappointed. I got a mani/pedi for my daughter, a pedi & a dip for me. I just left & have four fingers bleeding, the quality of the dip is awful & now I can’t go have it fixed, until my cuticles heal from this. This also cost me $140 + tip, to have my nails look absolutely awful & be bleeding. When I got home, I tried to file them smooth & one immediately cracked, as well. The people were very friendly, but the work was atrocious.

Critical: QualityI went to this salon today to get a full set of acrylic nails. The man that did my nails was super nice and friendly, listed to what i wanted. Once he started to do my nails, things went downhill. I asked for coffin shaped nails, none of my nails are the same shape. My right ring finger got cut open from the man filing my nails too hard. When my nails got painted, it wasn’t consistent. Parts of my nails didn’t get painted or they weren’t painted evenly. I went to this salon today to get a full set of acrylic nails. The man that did my nails was super nice and friendly, listed to what i wanted. Once he started to do my nails, things went downhill. I asked for coffin shaped nails, none of my nails are the same shape. My right ring finger got cut open from the man filing my nails too hard. When my nails got painted, it wasn’t consistent. Critical: QualityFirst time to visit this nail salon. My water for pedicure and to soak hands was cold. The previous gel mani/pedi was not removed entirely even though I pointed it out they applied new gel over it. The pedi ( woman serviced this) and mani ( man serviced this) nailPolish was all over my skin and not completely covering nails. The man who did my gel manicure asked zero questions and cut my natural nail short with dull clippers that bent nail. Always so happy leaving here. The staff is the best, they’re always so so accommodating. This is the only place I’ll get my nails done. Highly recommend getting your nails done here, you won’t regret it.

The lady was very nice and engaging. However my nails are more than disappointing. It started out with neither of them wearing masks. I know we’re all tired of it, but cmon now. It then got worse when they had me take off my own dip nail polish. I left with $45 less, choppy nails. My nails were sticky and I had product crusted on my fingers. You can find I better.

I went in because it was open on a Sunday. They were busy with only 2 people working. The lady was very nice but the man was very rude. While cleaning off my gel polish he cut up 1 finger on my left the 2 on my right hand. when I said something he said “You will be fine.” Then put something on my nails after finished cleaning and it burned like ….!!! I asked for the lady to finish and had no issues until she started painting my nails. She was in such a hurry she did a horrible job on them. I honestly think my 6 year old niece could of done a better job. Please if your that busy hire more people. I walked away with a infection in one finger and the other cut up lucky no infection.

Don’t waste your time or money. I received a pedicure. The person who did it was wearing air pods the whole time and didn’t acknowledge me. I was there a total of 15 minutes wasn’t acknowledged once besides being asked “what do you want”. My nails weren’t painted all the way, with polish all over my skin. I immediately went home and took the polish off because it looked so bad. So upset that I even paid for “service”. I was so shocked I didn’t even know what to say or do. It was that bad.

Not impressed. Old neon green polish left on nails and it shows next to the bright pink, several nails acrylic powdered to my fingers, asked for round and although they are close to round there is a point on every single nail in different spots, one nail was polished with polish getting on finger and when I asked about it he filed the poo out of my actual finger and it hurt, cut one of my fingers with a drill, 4 nails didnt have top coat on parts of the sides and almost all my fingers were stuck to the bottoms of my nails when I left there.
