You get what you pay for I suppose. They’re not bad for $50 but they’re not great. First I had to wait about 40 minutes to even get started on my nails despite having an appointment. The whole place felt cold and unwelcoming. While I don’t expect to have a conversation the whole time I get my nails done this was just awkwardly silent. Once she started, she completely ignored my cuticles and didn’t push them back or anything. I wasn’t shown colors until after she had finished shaping my nails. In my opinion they don’t have a very big color selection and I was only able to find one color that I really liked. It was mostly varying shades of red. As for the shape, they are pretty uneven even after I asked her to fix it several times.

I had an appointment, which I was sure to be on time for. When I arrived, eight women were receiving, or waiting for, services ahead of me. I said that I had an appointment and the woman looked at me with disdain and said “sit there” pointing to a rickety old chair with no padding. I tried to sit in it, but the environment and smell was so uncomfortable that I decided to leave. I ended up going to C-nail in Los Osos, which was quite delightful in comparison.

I’m a local resident and walked in for a polish change and was told they were busy and to come back later. I asked what time and was told after 5pm. I came back and was told they were busy…come back later. I asked to make an appointment and made one for another day. I arrived for my appointment and waited about 20 minutes even though I made an appointment. The next time I tried to make an appointment on the phone was told to walk in and they could squeeze in a polish change. I went in and was told they were busy come back later.

I tried this place 3 times. Each time I made and appointment several days in advance. The first time I had to wait 40 minutes to be seated. The second time I had to wait 30 minutes and the last time I left after 20 minutes of waiting. They do a great job but I can’t handle the unprofessional way they handle clients.

First time customer that was able to be penciled in 45 mins. It was 40$ for regular mani/pedi. Customer service was short but polite. I did feel like it was a bit rushed and polish on hands could of been done a little bit better. I wasn’t asked to wash hands before mani so having lotion rubbed into my dirty hands was a bit bothersome. So would rate 5/10 for cleanliness…not a bad experience. But do not plan on coming back. Price was cheap!
