Her techniques are skillful, thoughtful, and effective. Most of all, Dorothy takes into consideration her clients as a whole, including their goals for hair removal and outstanding-looking skin.

I’ve been using Morristown Electrolysis for over a month now and have visited the office numerous times during that period. The staff is kind and empathetic and the office is very clean; taking COVID precautions serious.I was initially worried about experiencing pain but Dorothy is so gentle with the technique she uses. I swear, the electrolysis is virtually pain free. She’s also very transparent when communicating and makes it very clear she truly cares about her clients results and will do anything in her power to make sure they’re satisfied – and I am!I also appreciated the time she took during my initial visit to go over the hair growth cycles which provided a realistic timeframe for me as to when I could expect to see permanent results.Can’t wait to go back and am grateful for Dorothy, her entire staff, and their exceptional services.I can’t say enough about Dorothy and her staff. I came to Dorothy in December of 2020 having some knowledge of the electrolysis process and perhaps most importantly-what to look for when choosing an experienced electrologist from prior research. Dorothy, immediately upon my first visit, answered all of my questions, addressed all of my concerns, and supplied me with a specific timeframe to my personal goals. She even provided a complimentary 15 minute session so I knew exactly what to expect going forward . After leaving my consultation I knew without any hesitation or shadow of a doubt that I had chosen the right establishment. As previously mentioned, I have been seeing Dorothy weekly since then and I have seen outstanding results thus far. Electrolysis is a individual journey that requires personal time, patience and dedication. But I want anyone reading this review unsure of where to go to achieve the results they are after-that you are undeniably in good hands here. Dorothy specifically is an RN with many years of experience in electrology and is responsible for many satisfied clients. She is thorough, accommodating, extremely knowledgeable, and most importantly addresses the concerns of YOU as an individual. My biggest concern was probably true of most people that will read this- investing the time and financial cost with no hope of results but I assure you- you will see them. Lastly, I think it’s very important to note how well maintained the office itself is. I believe it has been mentioned in previous reviews that Dorothy and her staff take zero risks when it comes to Covid-19- and this is ENTIRELY accurate. Dorothy is so sweet and professional, knowledgeable, and she cares a lot about your skin!! I’ve suffered from acne since I was a teenager and have tried everything to get it under control, but after one session last July my skin looked the best it’s had in years. Just had my second session done today and my skin looks better already. I love it because there’s virtually no down time after the appointment, very minimal redness if any, and my skin glows after. My first appointment I got a free consultation, and Dorothy hooked me up with some free samples of skinceutical products that lasted about 4 months. She explained why the products she gave me were beneficial to my skin and how/when to use them, and even offered a discount the next time I come in for the full size products (which are normally pretty expensive). They’re also having a summer special on microdermabrasion so I didn’t break the bank to take care of my skin. I went to Dorothy for microdermabrasion and it was life changing. Dorothy is so sweet and professional, knowledgeable, and she cares a lot about your skin!! I’ve suffered from acne since I was a teenager and have tried everything to get it under control, but after one session last July my skin looked the best it’s had in years. Dorothy,RN was extremely professional, explained the entire process and even gave a short run down of the hair growth cycle including how electrolysis permanently terminates unwanted hair. I highly recommend electrolysis and especially at this location. Pain rating probably a 2, very tolerable and I experienced no scarring or redness after the process. I will definitely be returning.

Critical: Quality, ValueI’m telling you right now if you’re looking to get any face hair removed DO NOT go to Dorothy. She will leave you with scars and won’t bother to fix the issue at hand afterwards. I went about two or three times to her and the sessions were super uncomfortable and pinning at me and hurting me.

Critical: Quality, ValueI went for electrolysis bikini area. Was told it is permenant. I kept going religiously for over 6 months. Excruciating pain, very time consuming, and expensive. The pain was too much. I stopped after 6 months and ALL the hair came back. What a waste of money. Definitely do no recommend for bikini area. Useless
