Run don’t walk… this place is a hidden GEM. I drive 15min from the north end to come here because this place is just that good. Everyone I’ve had has been stellar. Never a bad experience there. Regardless if you made an appointment and come weekly, or are a walk in and call 10min before. They always take care of you and are so very accommodating. Can’t say enough great things about this place AND how beautiful it is inside. Thanks Morrissey Nails, love you guys!!!!

Great prices and service! I made a same-day appointment and even though they were busy, they were still able to fit me in. I’m not sure the name of the tech that did my nails but he was sitting at desk #3 and he was incredibly nice! One of my nails actually broke a week after due to the physical work at my job, but again I was able to go in for a same-day appt to get it fixed.

I came in here today with a friend for a pedicure. Upon arriving, we were seated for a pedicure and we assumed we would be getting serviced…considering they started the water. We waited thirty minutes before someone came to service us and we did not mind due to the fact that they were clearly understaffed. When the nail technician sat down to do my feet, I told her the water was really cold and if she could just start a new water. She told me no, they would have to replace the plastic but that she could just run hot water. She started my toes and continuously kept correcting her mistakes with her finger nail as oppose to using a proper tool to get rid of the excessive polish. She then painted my toe and it was a white glob of paint and both and I my friend told her that it was entirely too thick. She said “oh yah, too thick because it’s still wet”. I allowed her to re-correct three additional times before I said I was done and I rather not proceed and would pay for the one foot she attempted to do and not the other foot which I left with unpolished and worse than when I came in. I went to the manager and before I could get to the manager, the nail technician bluntly told another customer I was crazy. The manager arrived and asked that I try another technician which I politely declined because I no longer felt comfortable after the previous nail technician spoke of me, to another customer in an inappropriate manner. Turns out the manager is worse and stated I should pay the entire price of $45.00 for the pedicure gel manicure despite leaving with one foot completely unfinished because “I sat for an hour”. I reminded her that for thirty minutes I sat there with bubbling cold water waiting for a technician and her response was that the other customers had an appointment, which ironically she should have informed us prior to being seated in a pedicure chair, with water running, waiting half an hour- that there would be a wait. I provided her with $20.00 for HALF the service and the manager sat there with disgust and making a mock out of me in-front of customers. This was a completely unprofessional establishment. Do not waste your time coming here if your looking for genuine human decency regarding poor service. First and LAST time I will ever come here which is unfortunate because one irresponsible technician and one enabling manager who supports their technicians lack of performance/professionalism ruined this single experience…

Critical: Professionalism, ValueI had previously came by to do my nails a few days before. The same day after getting my nails done, it started to chip off and one broke then another. I went back today to fix those broken nails. The guy at the counter asked me to choose the color that I previously had so he can fix my nails and I couldn’t find that specific color. I had chosen the wrong color to bring to him. He tells me that’s the wrong color so I had asked if he could just check the color I had because I couldn’t find it. He refused and said that he won’t be able to do my nails and to return tomorrow. In conclusion, I just went with the “wrong” color because I was tight on time. On top of that, he didn’t even clean my excess stains from my hand and I had to ask him to dry my nails. I just love Andy, Brian, Jess and Anne. Any complaint is from someone who simply cannot be satisfied. The nails are flawless as are the eyelashes and pedicure. They are so kind and lovely there. I’ve been going over a year have not a single complaint.

This is my third time coming here the first time brian did and did a great job but the last two times I went to Lou.She is AMAZING she scrub all the dead skin off my feet and literally took her time. Also the dipping powder for my hands looked natural and neat . She was very attentive on what I asked her too do. I would recommend getting your nails and feet done here if your looking for a high quality look.

My sister and I had pedicures on 1/2/2023. The technician that attended me (Trudy) was kind and friendly. The technician that attended my sister (Tamara), which is the person who paid for the services we received had the rudest technician. I do not understand how the technician could feel so comfortable being rude. At one time she glared at my sister because she asked her to run the stone on the back of her calf because she was just doing the front of her leg. I asked her what language she spoke and she said Vietnamese and I then searched for the word rude in that language. Her demeanor changed. I will call the owner and let him know that he needs to speak to his workers about their customer services. Totally unacceptable treatment we received. You do not have to like the persons you serve, but you should respect the fact that those folks you do not like are keeping you employed. Your business depend on those folks you do not like.

On a whim I decided to get my nails done on a Monday night. I looked up reviews and this was the closest place with 4 stars that was open until 8pm. I was greeted when I walked in the door and everyone was friendly. I picked out my gel OPI color and Eva brought me to her table. She was very talented and cleared all the dead skin from my cuticles and made the oval shape as requested. I think she did a great job and I am very happy with the results! Thank you!
