Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to have my first professional spray tan yesterday so I had that nice glow for my upcoming vacation. I had initially made an appointment for earlier in the afternoon and thought I had cancelled, well I didn’t. Heather called me to make sure all was okay. I explained I thought I cancelled it because the time didn’t work with my other appointment. Heather is then able to accommodate a time that works perfectly! I arrive, sue greats me at the door and from that moment it was A+ service! She explained EVERYTHING to me, how it works, the possibility of it not taking the right way. She had the coolest personality. Heather would see more of me than my fiancé ( ‍♀️) and made it the least awkward situation ever. She really is excellent at what she does, is very knowledgeable, professional and throws in a dash of light hearted humor to ease the possibility of feeling embarrassed or uncomfortable!! After the tan was complete and I was at the counter to pay, another employee was there giving me excellent tips and advice on how to hold the color a little longer. My whole experience from the initial phone call until the very end was PERFECT! I highly recommend the is salon. They offer literally every possible hair/salon service, and the staff is wonderful…especially Heather! I even saw her while I was pumping my gas and she followed up with me to make sure I was fully satisfied. Never in my life have I experienced such incredible customer service! I will be returning!
