I got a groupon to get my hair cut and colored a month ago. I cut off about 5-6 inches of hair. I got so many compliments. It’s so nice and quiet there and much a better experience than going to a salon like Visible Changes (where I’ve been going to the past few years). When I called to make the appointment, they got me in that very day. I am definitely going back.

Awesome salon with a great feel. I like high quality hair stylists but I hate the stuck up vibe in most high end salons. This place was welcoming without a hint of pretension. You can tell the stylists liked working together and liked working at the place. I came in on a Groupon but would absolutely go back for full price. Amy was my stylist and my color and cut came out just the way I requested, and there was no high pressure retail sale at the end which I appreciated. I would highly recommend this place

Wish I could give it zero stars – I purchased a groupon for a haircut, PARTIAL highlights, deep conditioner and style. The haircut was uneven, the highlights were absolutely the wrong shade & looked awful, and the woman forgot the deep conditioner. As for the style – I left the salon with damp, heavy hair that was weighted down with some “anti-frizz” grease. I asked for a refund and was denied because I didn’t have enough courage to ask in person – apparently, you will be punished here if you’re not a confrontational person.

If you are thinking about getting hair extensions, consider going somewhere else. I found this place on Groupon and it’s close to my house, so I thought I’d give it a try. I don’t know if it’s the product that the salon uses or the technique used to take them out, but the extensions caused extensive damage and hair loss (i.e., beyond the normal amount and more than I’ve experienced when getting extensions previously). I can’t speak to other services (cut, color), but put in the time and do your research first, find a salon highly qualified for this service, and avoid the painful experience of having to grow out your damaged hair for a year or more.
