Phenomenal. Just amazing. I prefer a deep tissue massage because I often get knots and tightness in my shoulders and back and Tara did an amazing job working them out. It wasn’t too light or too hard. LOVED. I 100% encourage everyone to get a massage from Tara.

We were visiting Kalispell and happened upon Tara’s studio. What a great find! My husband and I both had a 90 minute massage, and we can unequivocally say it was the best we’ve ever experienced. Tara has a gift. Her massage was very relaxing, but also very therapeutic. She knew how to work the areas that were in need in a way that truly bettered the tightness, but without pain or feeling like she was digging into the muscle. Her method is also very fluid – she moves from one area to another with continual motion and touch. Additionally, her studio is very well put-together. She has it decorated in soft blues with accent lighting that is very soothing and welcoming. I also liked that she didn’t overload with massage oils…lol! I hate walking away from a massage feeling like i’ve had an oil bath. 🙂 She used a lightly scented and very nice feeling lotion. Our only “complaint” is that we can’t make the 2000 mile journey on a regular basis for another massage with Tara!
