Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueTried a new hairstylist. Was super nervous as my last trim was a disaster. And I usually go to a hair school as I can’t afford fancy salon prices for my long hair. I waited outside to be let in as there are other places in here. She’s located at Phenix Suites which have multiple businesses. She wore a mask, I wore a mask. There was hand sanitizer. I showed her some photos of what I liked and past hairstyles and we talked about what I envisioned. She asked about the length I wanted cut off and we discussed that. I never felt pushed into one direction or other and felt that she listened to me. She washed my hair and proceeded to work her magic. And magical it was! I could already feel my hair being lighter and having more body when she was done with the cut. And after she styled it I looked like a million bucks. My hair looked sexy and flirty and felt so lightweight. Definitely a fabulous cut and a great time as well. She’s so friendly and funny. Tried a new hairstylist. Was super nervous as my last trim was a disaster. And I usually go to a hair school as I can’t afford fancy salon prices for my long hair. I waited outside to be let in as there are other places in here. She’s located at Phenix Suites which have multiple businesses. She wore a mask, I wore a mask. There was hand sanitizer.
