They have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within the 24 hours they will charge you for the appointment. I was on my way to a 5:30 appointment when they called and canceled the appointment on me. If they’re gonna charge customers for canceling within 24 hours then they should compensate A customer when they do the same thing. When I expressed this to them they didn’t care and it fell on deaf ears. I have one day off a week and was in a car accident and desperately needed this massage. Now I have to go another week without getting a massage. Any business that cares this little about their customers that would be willing to do something for him when they cancel on short notice doesn’t deserve to be in business. I would seriously think about going somewhere else for your next massage.

ATTENTION BLACK PEOPLE AND PEOPLE OF COLOR NEW STAFF AT THIS LOCATION ARE NOT INCLUSIVE. Today I was verbally assaulted at this salon by a male massage therapist and after asking him to please leave me alone I had to threaten to call the police. Meanwhile the receptionist just sat there. I’ve been going to this location for five years. When I said this is not how you treat customers and I was told you’re not a customer. Do yourself a favor and don’t go to this location they have two others.

Staff is always warm and welcoming. I’ve been to the Webster Groves and Soulard locations. I usually get deep tissue massages but I recently had surgery and my surgeon recommended I get lymphatic massages. Karen is amazing and went out of her way to ensure I got exactly what I needed to aid me in my recovery.

Booked online as a new customer with gift card. Received confirmation texts. I was out of town and traveling home the afternoon of my appointment when I saw missed calls and voicemails stating they did not have a credit card on file for me, and that if I did not call them back with the info by 1 pm my appointment would be cancelled. Clearly it didn’t matter that I booked with an identified gift card and their scheduling site did not ask me for a credit card. Called them back, gave my info. Showed up for my appointment at the time my confirmation texts dictated. Was informed immediately that I was 15 minutes late and their policy dictates they should cancel my appointment, however they would see me, but I would not receive the full 90 minute massage as there was another scheduled right after me. Whew. Sort of blown away by the receptionist’s aggravated rapid fire speech with nary a chance to reply. When she took a breath I showed her my confirmation texts which indicated I was right on time. She replied she saw that, and she would check with her manager about that issue, but that I was still late and started all over again with the policy speech. By now I had enough and the massage definitely would not have been relaxing. I canceled the appointment and, of course, per their policy, my credit card was immediately charged the full $120.

I am visiting from NJ for the weekend and decided to get a massage before getting back on the road tomorrow. I saw this location on google with good reviews and decided to book an appointment. My appointment was at 5:45pm and it was with Chelsea. I came in. I was taken on time after filling out a form. The room was cool temperature like i very much so needed because I’m a hot temperature person, so that was absolutely great. Chelsea did an amazing job. I had the Swedish massage I believe but it included everything and it felt absolutely great! I wish I could say I’ll be back but I do know if I ever find myself in the area again, I know where to come for a great massage. I had the absolute best experience and massage here today while in town. I am visiting from NJ for the weekend and decided to get a massage before getting back on the road tomorrow. I saw this location on google with good reviews and decided to book an appointment. My appointment was at 5:45pm and it was with Chelsea. I came in. I was taken on time after filling out a form. I recently had my first facial here at the Webster Groves location and it was perfect! Lindsey D was my esthetician and she was warm, welcoming and very accommodating. She answered all my questions and provided detailed education on best practices for my skin type. The service was lovely and my skin felt amazing afterwards. Had a massage scheduled here and a confirmation email. However when I showed up to the location the girl at the front immediately snapped at me that I was in the wrong location without even getting my name. After looking it up she saw that I was in the right location, however my appointment was cancelled and moved to a different date. The girl at the front rudely said that I moved it and I should have an email. No such email existed and she then said “well it’s not my fault”. There was no attempt to make anything right. If you value your time and don’t want to be talked down to then take your business elsewhere!
