I had a wonderful experience at Moremi Braids. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable and welcome. Motun took extra time in the beginning to thoroughly wash and detangle my hair. It took longer than I’m sure we both expected but her patience was much appreciated. Throughout the braiding process, Motun and Harriet made sure I had snacks and drinks and checked in on my comfort. This is greatly appreciated when braiding takes over 5 hours, even with two hands. At the end I was so grateful and the braids look beautiful. I would absolutely go again. This is how customer service should always be. Thanks for the great experience.
