The first time I went and Adams did my hair cut and color I was very pleased. The second time Marlis was enjoyable, the shop is nice, coffee was great. It felt special and I liked how she styled my hair. But, it was too expensive and turned out a waste of money for me. The highlights were over processed giving many strands of dry straw like appearance. Not what we had agreed I would get. The cut is the worst I have had. Choppy layers. I bought a dress to take home and try on and see what my husband thought. He hated it. She understood that I could not see how it looked from behind due to her lack of 3 way mirror, and had no problem if I had to bring back. I called about returning and to see when she was open (sketchy hours?) and was then told no money refund, just exchanges. I do not want to go back, really. She was also reluctant about fixing my cut because more than two weeks had passed.

Been going here for years. The atmosphere makes you feel right at home and my hair always looks amazing. I get my hair colored and cut here and love how it turns out every time! Very welcoming and clean atmosphere. This was my first time visiting a shop in 15 years. The staff greeted me and treated me like a VIP from the time I walked in the door. Adam was my stylist and is very knowledgeable. The recommendations he made for my very thin hair were on point. I left the shop beautiful and very happy. This is my salon from now on! I’ve passed by this cute salon on multiple occasions, but was questionable on if the would be able to do my hair correctly(considering I’m biracial)…..well I’m happy to have given the establishment an opportunity. Cute personable well rounded staff. Clean environment! Tyler was my stylist and did an excellent job with my hair as well as educating me on some additional key points for maintaining and healthy growth. I love this place and already scheduled my next appointment. Great Job Tyler!

Took my mother in and couldn’t park in the handicapped because what I now find out is the owner takes up the space for herself without a handicapped placard. Then threatens clients/patrons of the shopping center when they call her out. BAD BUSINESS! Won’t be back! Haircut

I love this place! It is like an escape. Marlese did my haircut and highlights, and she did a great job!!! I love that it is a Paul Mitchell Salon and the stylists are very current and continue up to date training. I enjoyed the hair washing and scalp massage the best. I will definitely recommend to lots of friends!

Today spoke with the owner about comments she made. Immediately she raised her voice, became aggressive and irritated over the phone. The stylists are great the owner needs customer service training. She has no problem bringing her dogs in the salon not considering if customers are allergic. I have witness the owner use profanity and degrading terms. I will continue going to my main salon in Peachtree city where I receive excellent service & the owner appreciates my business. NEVER had an unfortunate experience at any business. Would not spend any money at a this salon. The owner is unprofessional and rude.

Its so hard having to find a new salon. I’ve been to many salons in the Fayetteville area. This salon has a boutique feel to it! This one by far had the BEST experience and quality. Linda did an awesome job on my highlights and the owner and staff was just incredibly accommodating to my two nephews (8 and 9) I had to bring with me. I’m also 9+ months pregnant and they went out of their way to make me comfortable.
