this was my first time going here, and it was a really good experience. as soon as i walked in i was greeted and didn’t feel awkward. all of the ladies working there were talking to their customer and smiling. i asked for a pretty simple haircut, but she did exactly what i had asked for. overall a great place to go and will definitely come back for my next haircut!

Critical: ProfessionalismWent there today for the first time. Haircut quality was not bad but the experience, one of my worst. I arrived for my appointment at the scheduled time and was sited right away. So far so good. My stylist asked me what I wanted and started cutting my hair (sometimes pulling them) and it was just rushed, no care whatsoever, finished in some minutes, wiped me with a dry napkin and sent me on my way. I stayed in there no more than 15 min total. I got there right after work and expected to enjoy a haircut and relax but instead I felt stressed and uncomfortable. She did not even do the obvious, say something like Merry Christmas or happy holidays, even for the typical part. I don’t care if there was someone else after me, and I don’t care if she was not in the mood or whatever. I expect professionalism and good service as, at least, respect to the money I am giving you. I work during the day an hour out of town and left 30 minutes early to rush to get there before they stop taking customers a half hour before they close. I arrived 35 minutes before close and was asked if I had an appointment. I said no and was told they were all booked up but could make me an appointment for the following day.

Great haircut, but even more impressed by the measures they have taken to make getting a haircut safe during COVID. Online reservations, masked required at all times, and no waiting area inside – you are sent a text when they are ready. I appreciated all these precautions.
