Nikki started by asking questions about what areas I thought I needed more work on and came up with a plan for my massage. The table was warm and very comfortable. She got to work and the pressure was just right. I felt like I melted into the table. It was the most relaxed I’ve been in quite a while! After the massage, she chatted with me about what she felt, and gave me some stretches and exercises I can do to help alleviate the tension in my problem areas. I definitely will be back. Highly recommend her. Can’t wait to come back!
