I got my nails done yesterday morning and my nail technician (I think her name was Lisa) not only took an hour and a half to give me a full set of gel on acrylics, but she also cut me with the nail drill in 5 different places as pictured.

I am not one to leave reviews but I’m super disappointed. I went in a for a dip powder manicure and the gentleman left my nails looking a wreck. He didn’t clean up my nails or have me wash my hands before applying the final coat, so my soft pink color is full of chunky particles and you can see all of the buff marks. He also didn’t clean them up whatsoever so my nails weren’t shaped and are uneven and rough. The whole thing took about 15-20 minutes and cost me $40 for something I had to paint over and file at home to try and improve. Super disappointed with this service.

I got a fill done a few weeks ago for my acrylic nails, and then came back to get them removed. When i got the fill, they said next time i should get a new set because they were growing out, but they charged me like 10-15$ more than a full set costed, when it should have just been like a 30$ fill. then when i came back to get the nails taken off, they didn’t even use acetone! They clipped the tips off and then took a little knife and wedged i between my nail and the acrylic and pried them off dry. she broke like three nails, one ripping to my skin and bleeding everywhere, which she just covered with acrylic powder and didn’t even sanitize anything that touched my bloody nail. i didn’t get her name but i am never ever going back

They kept the doors closed and so the chemical smell was really pungent. It was so strong that I got a headache before my pedicure was finished… I wanted to ask them to open the doors for fresh air but it was raining that day and pretty cold outside. Better ventilation for this building is important though!

Critical: Quality, ValueOriginally asked for a certain acrylic set but nail artist told me she could not do them, so I showed her three more options and she still did not know how to do them so to be sure I let her try the last option which was the most basic and she said she could do. It was a basic green almond French with one design nail… somehow that was $60? she put the wrong color green, did a sloppy French which is all over the place, didn’t do my cuticles, and left green paint all over my hands. Then at the end they rushed me to leave so they can take someone new in, they literally grabbed my purse and coffee and moved it without me knowing while I washing my hands waiting to pay. Very rude and poor service. Definitely was not 60 dollars worth of quality nails or service. Luckily I politely requested some of my money back and not a complete refund. they only wanted to give me $10 back but I managed to get 15 dollars back but still…. $45 dollars for a basic set… that I didn’t even want at first and to get rushed out with green hands.
