My second time going to this well kept clean location. Was greeted by a friendly staff member upon arrival and was asked what service I wanted and was told to sign in. Very quick and easy registration to be put on the list to either choose your preferred nail tech or you can choose whoever is up next. Which I did. Was asked to pick a color. But didn’t because I had a photograph (with the neon color) of the design idea I was wanting but with a different color. I showed the nail tech what I wanted and he advised me to use color acrylic to make a natural look just in case I wanted to change the nail color at home . I trusted his expertise and he advised me that due to using regular black nail polish it would be likely to chip. I was okay with that.. so he proceeded to do his magic.. and did a very good job.. he forgot to put oil on my cuticles before I was sent to hand wash.. I doubt it was intentional.. and I had some at home and fixed my concern. Other than that I highly recommend. Will be there soon for a refill. Two weeks in and they still look good. Even when I took off nail polish.

It’s hard to get in here with it being so popular. I made an appointment online the day before thanksgiving which was super convenient. The salon is beautiful and they took me back as soon as I got there. The lady who did mine seemed like she was a little frustrated that I wanted a design on all of my nails. However, she did an amazing job and I am really happy with the way my nails turned out!! 🙂 Would definitely make this my regular nail place!

I’ve had great experiences every time I’ve gotten my nails done at Moon Nails. I’ve never had a gel polish manicure/pedicure last as long as I have when I’ve gotten my nails done at Moon. The nail techs take their time, and really seem to care about their work. The prices and wait are definitely worth it for the quality work that they do.

My nails look really good all I got was pink acrylic.. I wanted snow flakes on two fingers and my price was 90. So I said how much for just pink acrylic and she said 55.. then she charged me 65 ? My little cousin even said she said 55.. I gave her $15 tip cause obviously she needed it, I probably won’t be going back. Acrylic nails

Pretty place. I guess it has to do with the time I went (5pm) but the service wasn’t so good. My appointment was for 5pm and I wasn’t taken care of until 35 mins later. I was told to sit in the pedicure chair and no one turned it on. So I sat in a comfortable chair. After 30 mins I was ready to leave. My mom told me to wait a little longer so I did. The manicure went well until the conversation about regular or gel nail polish came up. The lady talked about me to her colleague about my reason why I wanted regular instead of gel. So that sucked. Then my polish was wrong. I had neon pink when I chose orchid. I didn’t notice at first because the light was hitting it and it looked brighter. When I sat in the pedicure chair, the pedi was nice but I noticed that the nails were neon. My fingers were already dry at this point and I thought, maybe I’ll like it. I don’t want to cause a fuss over polish. Nope. I didn’t like it. I took it off at home. So, I didn’t like the experience. I didn’t rate it lower because I know some things were my fault. I’m sure it’s great for others, but I’m not interested in going back. I don’t do my nails often anyway.

This is my second time at Moon Nail and my experiences were similar. Today I walked in at 1:15pm for a gel pedicure and dip manicure. I saw that they were busy and told the nail tech that I could schedule an appointment for later today. He asked if 3:30pm worked for me and I agreed. I returned at 3:30pm and I was waiting to be service, they took 3 customers in front of me. After waiting 30 minutes, I just left. Same situation happened the first time I was there but I waited, because I was a walk-in. My nails we okay, but customers service was below average.
