Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went got a set of individual lashes on Friday May 6,2021 and on Monday May 8,2021 they came off. They gave me the run around and didn’t redo my lashes. I spent 25$ and 2/days later they off poor business and service. I went back that Monday after talking with Moon the owner on Sunday and still got the run around. I rather go and spend my money where my business is appreciated. Moon as the owner should have made sure I was taken care of cause after all it is her Business. Always was one of my favorite places to come but today that have change. I was parked up here at 9:30 I usually go to the one on the other side of town but I moved over here. She was extremely late and I was here first all I wanted was a Brazilian wax and the other lady wanted individuals and eyebrows. I did not have time to wait due to I have to be at work. She ask me could the other lady go first and I told her no and she still did the other customer first. I was here since y’all opened and you just got here at 10:30. I am never going back to them again. They definitely lost a loyal customer in me.

It’s always only one person working that’s trying to service customers. The wait time is, outrageous at times, It’s never the same person servicing you, some are not experienced. Prices go change depending on what they feel like charging that day. And they also expect a tip. I left with one eyebrow bigger than the other, and my lashes didn’t last a week. I’m disappointed in this establishment.

The end results looks nothing even close to what it’s supposed to and they tell you to wait for 2 weeks and the microblading results will look better. I went back today exactly 2 weeks and the microblading looks splotchy. The only thing to compare it to is a pair of jeans with a few bleach spots dropped accidentally. The owner had the audacity to tell me to wait 4 more weeks “it will look so much better”. All I can recommend is to not go there EVER!!!!!
