I booked an appointment with this salon wanting light pink highlights. I had a consultation prior to my appointment where I showed pictures of what I wanted and the stylist and we agreed on using a semi permanent pink dye to create a subtle look. When I got to the hair appointment everything was changed and the stylist had to leave to get the opinion of another stylist multiple times. She then said we needed to do a permanent dye to achieve what I wanted. She also informed me she was using 4 different permanent hair dye colors so she wouldn’t run out. The end result was not at all the color I wanted and the dye job itself was atrocious and splotchy. It was an aggressive shade of magenta and since it was permanent dye it would not lighten. I have included pictures of the both the reference image I showed the stylist and what I walked out of the salon with. I contacted the salon owner telling her all this and she said it was my fault and the stylist communicated what the end result would be. When I refuted this claiming I had no idea I would be walking out of the salon with magenta hair and noted the fact that I showed a picture multiple times of what I wanted, she completely ignored me, never responding. I had to go to another salon to fix my hair and the stylist there said she could not believe they let me walk out of their salon looking liker that. I had to pay nearly $200 to have my hair ruined. and another $200 to get bit fixed. I would leave zero stars if I could

Today was my 3rd visit here and I love the atmosphere! Decor is cute and comfortable. I’ve had a different stylist each time and everyone’s been very nice and given me what I’ve asked.

I had an outstanding experience at this salon! I asked for partial highlights and wanted to tone down for winter. Emma did such an amazing job! She exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be back to see her. Highly recommend her and Moonlight Salon.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueAfter moving here from out of state, I was dreading having to find new places to get my hair and nails and such done (as one typically stresses about) and this salon was awesome! I emailed them first to see if they could take me on as a client and they responded within a few hours, got my appointment scheduled, and sent me all the confirmations I needed! When our appointment day actually came up, they sent me a text letting me know that my stylist was prepping and then another when she was ready for me to come in! The atmosphere was SUPER welcoming and clean, and overall very professional! (Not to mention how comfy the chairs were and how bright and happy the salon felt!!!) I emailed them first to see if they could take me on as a client and they responded within a few hours, got my appointment scheduled, and sent me all the confirmations I needed! So far so good. I saw can new stylist there today and she was lovely. The new space is very nice. I’m super picky about my hair and while I try not to be unreasonable, I’m usually never like my hair. I like it a lot so far! I’m hopeful the grow out will be manageable. I highly recommend this salon.

I just want to tell you that I really have enjoyed coming to the salon. Last Tuesday I got confused on the date and missed my appointment so I called back and confessed my confusion and was told that before I could make another appointment I would have to pay for my confusion plus pay for my hair getting cut. That comes to about$125.00. I am not a rich person but I have been a client for many years. I just can’t pay that amount so I am not coming back. Tell Jayden I’m sorry but she has lost a client because of this rule. I love you all.

Absolutely loved our experience today, kiddo and I came in for a wash and style, and robyn was amazing! My little girl wouldn’t stop talking about how excited she was all day, and asked if robyn was going to come to our house tomorrow to do her hair salon is very clean, staff are all super friendly, and overall we had a ton of fun doing our “salon party”!

I booked an appointment for Nov. 3rd through email on Oct. 6th for a cut and full balayage four days before my trip to Paris. When I got to the salon on November 3rd they didn’t have me on their books and weren’t able to get me in before my trip! Definitely won’t be booking here in the future or recommending them to anyone

Great experience here! Was able to book an appointment quickly and had a friendly, skilled stylist. Madi gave me a shampoo and cut, I never know what to do with my hair so I went with the style she advised, I get compliments on my hair all the time now! Definitely coming back to her 🙂
