Horrible experience. My best friend and I went in for a fill and a full set. My full set looks like an armature did them. The acrylic is not to the cuticles. And I payed extra to have the cuticles cut, which in the photo you can see was not done properly. My best friend brought in her own polish and was given a hard time about how much to use. She barely painted any color at all. Even when my friend asked for another coat. It’s her own polish she can use as Much as she wants. Very disappointing. Never going back here.

Went 3 weeks ago for dip nails. The dip was uneven (see through at the ends) and the nails were filed crooked. Decided I would not go back. Went back against my better judgment just to get the dip taken off since it was close and I figured they couldn’t mess that up. I was wrong. I left with color spots still on my nails and my nails filed jagged. Would not recommend to anyone who cares about details.

They always do a great job on my nails. I’ve gone in an hour before closing and they still take and do a great job. They also don’t complain if they need to stay late to finish the job. Excellent selection of colors to choose from. Good prices! They only accept cash tips though.

I am giving them 1 star, if i could do 0 I would! They yelled at my friend telling her she needs to know what she wants to do with her nail length when she already told them she wanted them longer. They were to short for what she asked for and they did not give her the shape she wanted. I got acrylics the last time i went, not even asking for them, as I merely asked for tips with gel. Last time I also got regular nail polish on my toes and the total cost was $35. Now this time, I went and got a fill, color change and gel toes and they charged me $64 dollars! They yelled at us to check their policies, where would these be?? We are only teenagers and I tried to explain what we had the last time and she said no no no check the policies. We paid and left but did not give them tips. This was a bad experience and we do not plan on going back. Be sure to make sure you ask the price before you get it done as they are always charging different pricing!

Book with “V” she is the besssssst. She does my French tip gel manicure so good it lasts almost a full month. I’ve been to three other places I only go here now. Bring cash to tip, I did catch some shade once for trying to add tip onto my credit card.

Don’t bother making an appointment! They could care less about providing timely service to existing customers with appointments over walkins. What’s the point of making an appointment when you sit with your toes in a tub for an hour before anyone attends to you … soo disappointed ☹️
