Moonlight Massage

Critical: ProfessionalismI don’t usually like to complain about such a hard working business but my experience was so unprofessional and I feel it’s important they fix it. I arrive and have to wait 15 minutes for anyone to even come in and greet me. They put me in a room right next to the entrance and they don’t close the door to the massage room so I can hear and see when people are coming in. Then they didn’t have anyone monitoring the door so every time someone came in my therapist had to stop my massage and leave the room to go help someone else. This happened 3 times and each time she left me completely uncovered and exposed and left the door open. I felt this was very unprofessional and I was more tense than relaxed. I don’t usually like to complain about such a hard working business but my experience was so unprofessional and I feel it’s important they fix it. I arrive and have to wait 15 minutes for anyone to even come in and greet me. Critical: CommunicationFirst time having a professional massage. I paid for 90 minutes about to leave I looked at the time and I realized that I was there for only 57 minutes. The massage was good, but what was disturbing is when I went to leave she asked for a tip. I gave her $20 bill she said two more. First of all I didn’t even get the time I paid for.
