I went in as a walk in and was paired up with Sam. Very chilled man. Very light handed with the needle did excellent Line work on my old tattoo can’t wait for the line work to be finished so I can get him to finish coloring it. I went to get my septum pierced like three weeks ago and it was so crooked!! At first I though oh maybe I just have to move it and it’ll be fine, but it wasn’t AT ALL. Two weeks with it and it was looking worse and worse, so I had to take it off since it was really bad. I don’t know if I should go and get a refund because it’s not fair, it was $80 and for it to be like that.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityTwo of my friends went in to get their septum pierced. Unprofessional from the minute we walked in to the minute we left. They put in a 14g and when asked for a smaller piece they said “these are the ones we put on boys and the smaller one are for girls”. Like excuse me? So no they didn’t let them pick out the jewelry. No aftercare instructions and COMPLETELY overcharged for the “service”. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend.In response to the owner: not once did they say aftercare instructions, don’t lie. So you think it’s professional to make inappropriate jokes? Or how about not getting a clean ball after one fell on the clients lap? Only reason we went in was because we had a good experience with a tattoo artist but after interacting with the rest of your staff never will we go back. I posted the review for future clients to see and could have a heads up. Also one of the piercing was crooked but I doubt y’all are professional enough to fix that.Anyways like I said I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone.
