Spent $75 plus tip for all my nails to start immediately peeling, and since it’s gel, spreading everywhere. I went to get some fixed today, but literally all my nails are now peeling. Apparently black polish doesn’t dry well. I would appreciate them taking the time to actually set my gel under the light instead of 30 sec rush jobs. I’m not going back (again) to get this fixed. I will pay someone else to do it right.

Beautiful salon clean to the eye but when I was next to get my nails done she left a wet towel from previous client and had me resting on it. Didn’t notice until lady after me brought it to my attention.

Got a set yesterday, asked for a coffin long black matt nails with one glossy spiderweb on each ring finger. It came out super cute! loved the shape and the nail work! But the best part was honestly the atmosphere! As soon as I walked in I felt a shift in my energy! Like a head swoosh!! It made me feel so relaxed I will definitely be returning again for a pedi to match my set. I also saw they had some cute soup colorful roses and sprinkles that dissolve in the water! I can’t wait to try them! Thank you Moon Nails for a great experience!!

I came in as a walk-in and was able to be seated right away. (Lucky timing ) The gentleman that did my pedicure didn’t rush through it even when several other people came in. I asked for the deluxe pedi and he did a great job, best pedi that I’ve had in quite a while! The woman that waxed my brows did a great job as well. I will be going back!

First I will say our nails turned out great. But I came here for my daughter’s (3 yrs old) first pedicure along with my mom & I to finally get a pedicure done. Honestly we haven’t had one in 8 months but that’s the life of a mom. They were absolutely RUDE. Looked down on us because we wouldn’t do shellac polish. I’m sorry I don’t have the budget for that & I shouldn’t be harassed about it. Then they refused to do regular polish on my daughter due to other children move too much & mess it up. As her parent I didn’t want to spend shellac money on her & know she is capable of sitting still. On top of that my mom is already embarrassed to get a pedicure & doesn’t go alone. This employee removed callus from the bottom of her foot & said “eww gross” WHO SAYS THAT & at a nail salon?? I don’t understand why he had to say that out loud & make her feel bad?

Worst nails in this area.$30 for a fill,they don’t do any manicure just fill,asked they be cut down, my nails were done while I was in pedicure chair and the woman stood next to me..they turned out horrible, they looked all chewed up,uneven and started chipping with shellac on,was offered to repaint 1 nail which didn’t fix the rest, they also all started chipping. All within 2 weeks of service. Pedicure also nails not completely trimmed and missing paint on a few edges. Terrible craftsmanship and poor customer service for the expensive price they charge on top of all that had an appointment and still had to wait an hour while they worked on walkins and other customers they overbooked. This place deserves 0 stars
