A few years ago, after jumping from nail salon to nail salon, I walked in to Moon Nails. Theresa saw what a mess my nails were. My nails are thin. Theresa saw that I had some with gel and some with acrylic. She immediately took me in and convinced me to trust her. I’ve now been going to her for years, and have always been happy. I was skeptical, I’d been hurt before from rough technicians, but not theresa. She is amazing at what she does, as well as others. I go to them monthly for my nails and toes. The massage chairs, foot massage and pedicure are just what I need for stress relief from my career and life. I won’t go anywhere else!

I have been going to Moon Nails once a month for about 7-8 months and have always had a wonderful experience! Theresa has great attention to detail and always makes sure my nails are perfect. I get dip gel and love the color options! Overall wonderful amazing and friendly service, great final product, clean and updated salon. Would 100% recommend Moon Nails to everyone!

I have been going to Moon Nails for over 8 years for pink and white fills. Theresa has been my technician and I wholeheartedly recommend her. She has an acute attention to detail and takes pride in doing her best for each client. She has stepped down as owner of the business, but still works limited hours. If she is not available, ask for Justin, the new owner and brother of Theresa, who also does an excellent job with pink and white fills.

I hate being this person, but I came here to have an acrylic fill done and left really angry. A lady with short hair started on my nails and told me that i needed to have them taken off and get a full set for $65. even though my nails were fine. she continued to use a fake nail to wedge underneath to take them off. they were not ready to come off, she was really rough and aggressive and didn’t have any patience at all. she basically just shoved the fake nail all the way under right away and ripped them off. If you’ve ever had an acrylic set removed, you know that’s not how they’re supposed to do it, it’s a slow process to avoid hurting the person’s nails. I was wincing the whole time and she would just laugh. I told her i was leaving and that i was upset and she just sat there and stared at me like she didn’t understand why i was upset, and said nothing. My nails are now destroyed, ripped, and bleeding. I used to come here when Theresa still owned it, and they were amazing, but now that Theresa no longer owns it and they brought in new nail techs, they seem like they don’t know what they’re doing or how to treat people’s nails. Don’t go here, if you do, ONLY GO TO THERESA!

Had Teresa put on a new full set of nails, that went well but she was in a hurry, stopped to call home didn’t complete my nail design because she wanted to leave at 7:45pm. Very rude!! I will never be returning to this nail shop!!! I had to go back and have another tech finish my nails and they are horrible!!!☹️☹️☹️. Do not waste your money here ($88.00) outrageous!!!!!!!!

If I could give 10 stars I would. I have been going for years! Employees are so friendly and listen to what you want done and do it well. Great atmosphere and location. I moved about 30 miles away, tried 3 salons in the cities, not one did I leave happy. I couldnt wait to come back here so she could fix the horrible job I had got done. I am more than happy and willing to make the drive to continue coming here!!! I would be lost without you!!!!

I hate writing a negative review but this time I feel it’s necessary. I went in for a pedicure and had gel polish on. The man (who I believe is the owner)did the service. I’ve had him before and it went ok but this time he must of had a terrible day and took them out on my feet. He was so rude and aggressive. He took a very course nail file and completely took off all the polish with a course file. I’ve had gel removed several times. While they do usually file the top layer to put on remover, he strictly continued to file aggressively till it was all off. He scratched off the skin around the nails and it burned so bad when he poured removed over them before polish. This is not even the worst part. He filed SO DEEP that my nails are now paper thin and even cracked the top of one. When I stopped him and asked if this is the way he always removes polish he just said YES. Then when I showed him the crack he said it’s best to paint them again and now just let them completely grow out to get rid of the damage that’s been done. Now my nails are super cold sensitive and feel like there’s open sores. I’ve been so upset so finally decided to write a review to help someone avoid this error. He didn’t care I was upset and didn’t even say thank you or goodbye or anything. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE and unfortunately I won’t be back because of it. I just hope they grow fast and I don’t have any long term breaking or issues.
