Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI liked going to this nail salon but today my skin got cut while getting a pedicure ended up bleed (which should never happen) and the nail tech who did my refill was aggressive. I should’ve received change back but the nail tech walked off (without confirming that the change was a tip). I liked going to this nail salon but today my skin got cut while getting a pedicure ended up bleed (which should never happen) and the nail tech who did my refill was aggressive. I should’ve received change back but the nail tech walked off (without confirming that the change was a tip). Going to nail salons seem to feel like I’m being rushed , so I’ll just support individuals with smaller business from now on.

Critical: QualityI came here for pedicures. Not impressed at all. My toes aren’t shaped. They are butchered. And the paint job is sloppy. I am at home trying to fix what they did. Would not recommend. I gave it 2 stars because they were very nice. I normally don’t go out for pedicures, I never have time; so this was a treat yourself day. I came here for pedicures. Not impressed at all. My toes aren’t shaped. They are butchered. And the paint job is sloppy. I am at home trying to fix what they did. Would not recommend.
