Critical: Professionalism, ValueThis place is nice on the inside. It’s very bright and inviting and decorated nicely. It is clean in appearance and their hot towels always smell good. I just won’t be using them anymore because some of their technicians do have slight attitudes and mainly because they are not transparent with their prices. They did pretty decent with my nails this time for what they charged, so I did include photos for reference. When I asked how much my nails were going to be for a spa pedicure and The dip powder on my nails, they said $47 for the pedicure and $45 for the dip powder. Add that up, that’s $92. When it was all said and done, they charged me $125 total. I asked why. My dip powder was actually $55 not $45 as originally discussed during the session. They charged $10 to take off the gel polish on my toes, just to replace the polish. Then $10 more to shape my nails for the dip powder. Since when do you get charged extra for shaping? That’s part of the manicure itself. Then they charged me $3 for using a card. I still tipped the ladies because I understand they work for tips but I won’t be back anymore. They lost my service because they aren’t honest and transparent. That’s not all. The first time I ever went here, I did my own eyebrows before I got there. The lady asks me half way through my session if I wanted my eye brows waxed. I said “No, I just did them myself. Why did you ask? Do you think they need it?” The lady literally says, “I just need money” and started laughing. I actually felt sorry for her. Everyone needs money to live. There doesn’t seem to be as many people coming in there as I see other places so they probably are struggling. That was really inappropriate though. Lastly, I didn’t like the most recent technician that did my dip powder. She kept jerking my hand into uncomfortable positions to make it easier for her because she didn’t want to move. It was so rude and uncalled for. I asked her what she needed me to do so she could stop jerking me and she yelled at another lady to tell me to stop moving. I looked at my friend and asked her if I had moved. She said not once that the technician is the one jerking you around. It was the lady that kept jerking my hand, pulling on me and being rough. I just won’t be back. I tried giving them chances but this time, I think I’m done. I’m not discouraging anyone else to not go here. Maybe your experience will be different but I just want to explain what it was like for me.Services: Dip powder, Acrylic nails, Manicure, Gel manicures, PedicureThis place is nice on the inside.
