She has always been wonderful at what she does, but seems to continue to improve over time 🙂 In addition to massage, she provides good advice on what can be done at home to make your muscles feel better when you have a problem area. She is also very kind, friendly, and welcoming, and makes you feel comfortable mentally and physically. The environment is also very calming and relaxing. I highly recommend her!

I went to Katie because I was having back pain. Not only did I get a massage that was relaxing and relieved my pain, but she also took the time to talk with me to find the cause of my pain. She made a suggestion about what change I could try to alleviate it, and it worked! Her mindset seems to be about solving your pain. Her knowledge of anatomy is impressive and helped her get to the bottom of my problem.
