Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI have mixed feelings about this salon. As some of the employees are very nice others are also very rude. Many times have my appointment been cancelled without anyone noticing me and even a hairstyle spoke badly about me in front of me (in spanish, not knowing that I knew spanish). My nails also were broken VERY quickly and when I came in because I was informed it would be fixed for free it was not.Also, my sister actually reached out because it appears she was getting fungus underneath her nail and she reached out very nicely and she got a very negative and rude response.I have mixed feelings about this salon. I have mixed feelings about this salon. As some of the employees are very nice others are also very rude. Many times have my appointment been cancelled without anyone noticing me and even a hairstyle spoke badly about me in front of me (in spanish, not knowing that I knew spanish). The owner walked around recklessly both times with no mask on the whole time. Who does that during these times!?! The salon is run down, the products they use are bootleg and there are ZERO COVID measures- no hand sanitizer, no checking your temperature , no mask required. I’ve been to this salon twice in the last three months and I’m surprised city hall hasn’t shut them down. The owner walked around recklessly both times with no mask on the whole time. If I could give 0 stars I would. I walked in asking for my hair to be a creamy tone blond my hair was at the time a dark almost black purple . The owner said due to the color my hair had she couldn’t do it . I then told her it was just a wash out toner she still insisted she couldn’t . I showed her pictures of a very deep red almost a fall red . She sat me in a chair and I waited for almost 2 hours even though I made an appointment . I had a very important Event to go to you and I have made my nail appointment for three hours after my hair appointment I miss my nail appointment because she wasn’t done in time she offered to do my nails but her nail girl cut my nail open and destroyed my nails witch I had to get fixed they weren’t even the same size . She rinses my hair and went to put a color in it was hot pink o told her to fix it to red and she said she could. Mind you the bleach took very well to my hair and she could have dyed it blond . She rinsed my hair and it was a little lighter then expected . I went to my event and all was fine I thought two / three days later I went to wash my hair and all the color fell out making my hair a now bubble gum pink . I now have to re do it at home after spending $286 before tip. Do not go there .
