This was my first time visiting this place. The decor, the staff, and the massage therapist are top notch. It was easy to call and book an appointment. I got there and was really impressed by the clean, spaciousness and the way it was set up. I also provided feedback on small things and they will implement them. Overall great experience.

Stopped in as a walk-in to get a foot reflexology service done for one hour and to my surprise the lady asked for a payment as soon as I walked in I told her I usually pay at the end of the service and she goes no you pay before and then I said it’s tipping expected (they have multiple handwritten signs begging for tips) and she goes yes of course but I said how can I tip without receiving the service usually it is customary to tip after you have received a service she just stared at me blank… so I said so if I want to tip at the end of my service how do you do it do you like offer me my receipt back so I can add a tip she could not comprehend what I was saying so I ended up just walking out. Very dissatisfied and to be blunt it’s weird being asked for payment prior to the service like they don’t think you got it. I’ve been here multiple times and have never been treated this way.

This was my first time here, I had a 90-minute deep tissue massage at Moon Spa; the costs were reasonable, but not particularly reasonable given the quality of the service. The cost of the service I obtained is completely unsatisfactory to me. In addition, it appears that I wasn’t the one who chose the tip amount for the service; rather, the front desk staff forced me to do so. I doubt that I will return there again.
