Wonderful salon! I’ve gotten two haircuts from Courtney, and she does an amazing job. She is super sweet and I can tell she cares about her clients; I feel seen and heard. The salon is welcoming, and it’s a bonus to me that they have been exceptionally covid conscious throughout, making the salon experience much more accessible to vulnerable/compromised people.

I have been going to Moon Baby for a few years now. Sarah is my stylist and she is amazing!! She took me from very dark brown to blonde in a few sessions to make sure we didn’t damage my hair and it stayed healthy. I love that you can just text message them for appointments or general questions, instead of having to call and speak with someone over the phone. The decor is such a vibe and everyone who works there is super friendly and accommodating. Also, special shout out to Meg, who is literally the best shampoo person ever!

I’ve been going to Christine for over a year now, and I have always been so so so happy with the cut that she gives me. She takes the time to listen, discuss, and understand what I want, while keeping in mind my hair’s texture and weight. I will be making the trek from Cambridge to Salem until one of us moves away lol! All the staff are friendly, welcoming, and kind, and the shop is always so clean. They are very careful to take care of their clients in every way, including asking everyone to keep their masks on. Moon Baby is the best!!

I love everything about this salon! I wanted to take all of the decor home with me. I loved my hair cut and dye job I received. Kelsey is amazing I told her what I was thinking and showed pictures and she made it happen! She mixed up sample colors for me to choose from. I’ve had vibrant hair for 6 years and it’s been six years of loving my hair. Because I’m a flaky client, I have seen 4 different stylists (I know this is awful!) but I have ALWAYS been beyond satisfied. Message being, no matter who you see there, you can just trust this salon as impeccable. Creative work done by people that know what they are freakin doing. 10 out of 10 recommend. Tell them what your budget is so they can try and work with you on different services to get the results you’re looking for while still being able to pay rent that month. When people comment on some of the higher prices I like to remind them that you get what you pay for. And here, it’s worth it.

Moon Baby is such a fantastic salon! Cruelty-free and vegan products, welcoming and knowledgeable staff, and possibly the best salon décor of all time. The entire shop was clean and well organized and the design of the space is so unique. I got the most amazing haircut from Courtney who was beyond kind (and gave one of the best shampoos ever!). I can’t recommend Moon Baby enough. Can’t wait to be back for my next haircut

I got my first professional haircut in years here today by Noelle. I have very long, thick hair and wanted to put a lot of layers to lighten it up. Noelle did an INCREDIBLE job. My hair is so soft, and light and feels much less damaged. She also used an awesome toner shampoo on my hair which made my bleach blonde money piece the perfect color. I was considering coloring it out until Noelle made my hair look brand new! Thank you, Noelle and all the friendly staff at Moon Baby 🙂
