I went here specifically for a color consultation and to have a hair cut. I told the stylist I wanted to grow out my hair and I didn’t want it jacked up in the back but a different shape. She then proceeded to cut my hair off, thin it out and Jack it up in the back. I realized when I got home that she cut so high in layers in the back that it will take me months to grow back it back out. My color consultation was non existent. I feel frustrated and won’t go back.
