After less than 3 days some of the tips are already cracked and look like they could break off. Additionally, after applying hand sanitizer once, my thumb has a matte finish that I cannot get off. This process took nearly two hours. For the amount of time this took and the amount I paid for it, I would have expected better.

Had an appointment for mani/pedi, arrived on time, I was directed to one of the pedicures chair sat waiting for 20min, no one acknowledged my presence. Very unfriendly people, specially one of the guys, he acted as if he was bothered with my appointment.

I have been here twice now and both times have had painful manicures. Very rough on the filing and cuticles as you can see from the scabs I have on my pinkie and ring finger. The second photo is of the painful ingrown nail I now have from improper trimming and aggressive nail filing. Won’t be returning despite the nice paint job.

I had to follow my favorite pedicurist here Philip! Such a nice guy and his work is flawless. This team is so kind and easy going. The location is also lovely with places to eat before/after getting their services. Their selection of colors is every girls dream. This is premium service!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityMy 15 year old daughter had to end up getting ingrown toenail surgery on BOTH big toes after getting a pedicure here a few weeks ago. This is what came out of her foot. This place is EXTREMELY careless with the way they treat clients . The person who was doing my daughter’s hand and feet cut the nails way too short and filed them so rough that her skin ended up red and swollen. They also totally ripped us off too! We had called ahead of time to make an appointment and asked about pricing for a regular mani and pedi, no acrylic or anything and they told us $30 each. When it was time to pay, the woman at the front with a long dark ponytail said the total was $100. She got so upset when I wanted to double check the pricing that she tossed the menu at me aggressively pointing at a price I didn’t even see on the paper. I decided to not bother going back and forth with her so I paid, tipped, and left. Do not go here, they are rude, they will rush you, and do not care about you! My 15 year old daughter had to end up getting ingrown toenail surgery on BOTH big toes after getting a pedicure here a few weeks ago. This is what came out of her foot. This place is EXTREMELY careless with the way they treat clients . It’s my first time going at MonZoe nail spa; and I must say I have a good first impression. Ambiance is very relaxing because of the spa like scent that this place has. Instrumental music is playing in the background that makes the environment very calming. One of the highlights amenities is their back massage pedicure chair. It massages your back while soaking your feet and during pedicure. Their manicure/pedicure tools are well sanitized. Bathroom is impeccably clean.
