I have gotten MANY massages over the years and only on a few occasions have found a massage therapist that is both competent and knowledgeable about the mechanics and science of the human body. And after reading the reviews of Montville Massage Therapy, I decided to give it a try. I explained to Ali all of my pain points that I’ve had for over 15 years now, including sciatica and lower back problems and most recently neck and shoulder issues. Ali listened to me patiently and assured me he would minimize my pain and I would leave feeling better. And he was 1000% right! His technique is absolutely incredible and he clearly has studied and has receiving excellent training in his craft. I was SO impressed by his knowledge and asked him questions throughout my massage to better understand why I was tight in certain areas.

I’ve been to a physical therapist acupuncture doctor and chiropractor but coming here finally relieved my pain. My husband has also had a positive experience. Plus, they bent over backwards to fit me into their schedule. My MLD treatment improved my condition after only one visit! Even more improvement after the second!
