Not only that but the facial itself was great…every step felt intentional and purposeful. Karen was super nice and knowledgeable about skincare. I had an appointment with Mysha this Saturday. For some reason I thought the appointment was at 1pm, I had been preparing and canceling all my events all day for this appointment but it was my mistake somehow I didn’t notice I made the appointment at 12. When I called to let them know about my situation at 12:08 they told me it was too late, they’ve been waiting for me, they have to charge me $50 no show fee which was fine. But the tone in her voice was so so rude. I understand she’s been waiting for me for 8 mins but I have been preparing for this appointment for a week. People make mistakes. There is no reason to be rude. I’m sure she’s very capable in her skills but she certainly lacks customer service. So so disappointed.

This is a cute place, very relaxing and comforting. Maysha and Karen were very knowledgeable and welcoming! Was blown away how detailed oriented they were and my skin left feeling smooth and bright. They took their time to explain each step and also created a very personalized treatment plan based off of my unique skin type and texture. Would highly recommend to anyone! Also they do men’s facials too so definitely planning to bring my husband in too!
