Kim remembers each and every pain point and makes sure to take care of any issues before I can even know I have them. She really understands the human body and pressure points. There really is nothing better than someone that listens to what you came in for and works on it. She constantly accommodates my last moment requests as well. Bottom line a massage experience is all about personal preference and I believe this place cares about your experience.
