I have 3c hair After a year of growing my hair out and not adding any heat I decided to walk in and I received the most outstanding service. I got a wash blow with trim and acrylic gel set and when I say my hair never looked so healthy, full of shine and volume. It truly felt like a spa experience as I was receiving both services at once to speed up the process. My nails have lasted over 14 days I am truly satisfied with the outstanding service I’ll definitely be going back there I loved how Teresa did my hair she payed very close attention to detail.

Winter Baby
I called Montebello to schedule a color and cut. They told me that I didn’t need to schedule an appointment because they accept walk ins. I then asked what would be a good time to come in they told me 1pm.I show up at 1 thinking it would talk an hour at most to be seen, I was there for 3 hours!!!! I refused to stay any longer and walked out the door. I know I was a walk in but waiting that long is poor customer service and they didn’t even communicate with me as I was waiting. If you go to this place you need to schedule an appointment even if they tell you they do walk ins because you’ll be waiting there forever.

My daughter and I randomly walked in and was immediately treated like we were regulars for years. My daughter was nervous so the owners daughter made her feel very comfortable and by the end of the day – she asked can we comeback in two weeks!
