Jeannette has truly helped me build my confidence back! I was struggling with hair growth/ingrowns on my chin and neck. After failed attempts with laser removal, I stumbled across Jeannette while researching electrolysis and I am so grateful that I did! I just moved into the area and Jeanette has just succeeded all my expectations on hair removal. I’ve been doing electrolysis sessions w/her over the past 7 months and not only is her office super clean, she’s very organized, punctual and personable. I’m seeing amazing results with no more hair in the unwanted areas we’ve been treating. I highly recommend her services as she’s the best there is in Montclair!

I had tried laser in the past but that didn’t help my issue with my unwanted hair. I was on the look for a similar procedure but more effective and I came across electrology. I looked for a good electrologist near me and found a very informative video about the treatment online, it’s was Jeanette. I was convinced and decided to pay her a visit, I’ve been her client since! If your looking for someone to help you with unwanted hair, patient, and great at what they do you have found your electrologist.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityAlthough I haven’t had a session with Jeannette recently (NJ quarantine) I wanted to write this review to urge people to visit when restrictions are lifted. Jeannette is extremely professional and employs clean techniques (she always washes her hands in front of me, then wears gloves before a session). I have dark skin and I was concerned with hyperpigmentation post-electrolysis (something I suffered from at another electrolysis location & almost turned me off the whole thing!)–she was very knowledgable about the subject, made sure she made changes to her electrolysis settings to decrease the chance of hyperpigmentation & told me what steps I could take during aftercare to help prevent it–good news I didn’t have any hyperpigmentation after my sessions with her! Also, the electrolysis sessions definitely work, the amount of hair in the treated area is definitely less than before–with more sessions I know I’ll be completely rid of it! Although I haven’t had a session with Jeannette recently (NJ quarantine) I wanted to write this review to urge people to visit when restrictions are lifted. Jeannette is extremely professional and employs clean techniques (she always washes her hands in front of me, then wears gloves before a session).
