Went in to get a nail corrected on my toe, the gel polish had chipped from the service I received from the shop down the street (Gel Nails LLC). Well initially went there first to have it corrected but was told to come back in 4hrs! For one toe…I said no thanks and went up the street where I was greeted with kindness and immediately serviced. The young woman did excellent matching the color and now I have a NEW nail lady! Boom

I came in to get a gel mani & pedi by Nancy. Was very unsatisfied!! She was very rude & unfriendly. It was a very rushed job. Had smudges on my toes. Asked her nicely to fix it she had an issue doing so. As if I didn’t just spend $80 of my money for the service. Also was charged an extra $5 to remove gel polish from my toes, even though I was getting my feet done. Would not recommend at all!!

Always a pleasant experience with my nail tech, Tracy. She and her husband Shawn run a professional and clean salon, and all the employees I have ever encountered have been professional and personable people as well. My nails never disappoint and gain compliments from even strangers at the grocery store. I moved about 30 minutes away and still make the drive to this salon because their service has been unmatched by any other I have been to since. They are great at what they do, so they are always busy and booked up. Best to schedule an appointment, but Tracy always works with me on my crazy schedule and I truly value her flexibility.

Went for a pedicure and manicure for my wedding. She was rude from the start. The first thing she did after sitting me in the chair was put in earbuds and look on her phone and text. ( She seemed friendly enough with the lady next to me, so I’m not sure what the issue was she seemed to have with me. I wasn’t rude to her or anyone else in that salon)I tried asking opinions, had mentioned I wanted designs on my nails, explained it’s for my wedding, ( which I did when I made the appointment two weeks ago) she told me I was picky, would speak in her native language to her coworkers after I said or asked her anything. She didn’t do a design for my pedicure, basically ignored that and led me to the station to start my manicure. I had asked if they do poly gel when I made this appointment. Was told yes. She proceeded to put acrylic tips on, seemed to have no idea what I meant by by gel, then tells me she can’t do designs. So at that point I just paid for the pedicure and left. Of course, now my nails aren’t done for my wedding day and it’s unlikely I can find anyone on short notice. I will not be going back, and I would not recommend.

Amazing job!! I am usually barefoot so my feet are rough. He did an amazing job ❤️❤️❤️ and didn’t even scold me for my lack of pretty feet. Gave the best foot and leg massage I’ve ever had and all the ladies were so nice.
