I’ve been going here for sometime now and they usually do a good/decent job. Today I went for a pedi and a fill-in. I always get the pink acrylic. The manager/owner decided she would use white instead of pink because she said my nails are old. I talked to her calmly and told her that I didn’t think the white would look right being that the fill-in spots would show. She gets frustrated and with an attitude asked me “So what do you want to do? I’ll just get someone else to do it for you”. At that point I decided to pay the $60 for my toes (tipped the guy $10) and leave. As a loyal, tipping customer I refused to be treated that way. I would not recommend as the manager obviously needs customer service/professional training.

I normally go by reviews but didn’t have time to look at them … yea never again. The lady didn’t say ONE word the entire time. The pedicure was about 18 to 20 mins… poor massage , took barely any cuticles off….. the way she painted them left streaks and I kept trying to explain it to her and she was gettin out the acetone, I explained it’s the polish and how she polished it . I ended up leaving very unhappy

It was okay…salon itself was clean, pedicure was fine enough my issue is with the nails. I showed an inspiration photo square tip French manicure and recieved a hybrid of a rectangle/almond nails…so not what I wanted and the French tip was sloppy done…have bubbles in the white polish and the line is uneven, sat for over two hours and the gentleman said nothing the whole time, I may go back again to see how it will be but overall was just meh experience for $110

Mediocre at best and was there over 2 hours for a pedicure when the actual pedicure was about 20 minutes . $15 up charge for gel polish, like it’s something new. The “relaxing” part of the pedicure was rushed and the staff does not speak to you.

it took an hour and 15 just to get the polish off my nails and waiting when my appt was at 11:30 but Marielle did my nails and she did amazing ❤️

I have been coming here for a while. This is my last time. The owner did my nails and says she did the best job of anyone around. She admitted there are gaps and stuff under my nails. She still charged me 35.00 even though she said they Dont look great. She told me to get gel next time.
